Photographs must be your own private property and by sending an order you are confirming that you own the rights to the photograph and indemnify Iamge To Art for any claims to the contrary.
You are advised to copy photographs, or ensure you have the negative, in the unlikely event that they are lost in the postal system. Image To Art will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photographs. Every effort will be made to return the originals back to you with your order.
We cannot be held responsible for colour variations in printing.
Image To Art reserve the right to crop your image as needed. All main images will not be altered.
Image To Art reserves the right to not print inappropriate images.
As the product has been made specifically for you, refunds cannot be made unless there has been a fault in manufacture.
Delivery is normally within 5 - 7 working days following clearance of payment unless otherwise stated. If your gift is urgent please let us know.
